Working with Love It Or List It on this Brisbane home, we flipped the floor plan, packed in storage solutions, selected the finishes and styled everything for the big reveal in Series 4, episode 3 (Wooloowin).

Spatial planning
Creatively reworking their floor plan to eliminate wasted space, give them the outdoor connection they craved for the living area plus we threw in an ensuite, all without making the house any bigger. Check out the before and after floor plans to see our magic wand at work.

Storage solutions
Making the most of every square inch of their new layout by using purpose planned joinery wherever we could. We gave them three times as much master bedroom storage, an entry nook space for shoes and hats, underbench storage in the dining room and a proper laundry bench.

Selections
It all began with their love of a soap dispenser colour (no joke!). This colour was popped throughout the home in various tints to add interest and depth to a cute Queenslander craving a coastal vibe. The other finishes were kept neutral and relaxed, combining their love of both Byron Bay and light industrial styles.

Styling
Once the renovation was complete, we added furniture, soft furnishings and home décor with layers of texture, neutrals and colour. We combined new and existing pieces bring this home to life.
